Just Yell Fire™, Inc., an Oregon based nonprofit, owns all rights to the Just Yell Fire™ name, film, logo, and online and offline materials bearing the Just Yell Fire™ name. No license is granted by participation in the Just Yell Fire™ Train the Trainer program to use or distribute any of these in print, online, or other manner absent the express written consent of Just Yell Fire™, Inc. through Maggie Jessup at .

The purpose of this policy is to protect against commercialization or other inappropriate use of the Just Yell Fire™ brand and materials.

Nothwithstanding the above limitations, persons completing the Just Yell Fire™ Train the Trainer program may hold themselves out as a “Certified Instructor of the Just Yell Fire™ Program” and may use this specific wording in their materials. For any and all other uses please be in touch with Maggie (contact info above) who will work with you on any specific uses for school or other presentations you might be planning. Her express approval of any materials or use of the name, or logo is required so that we might protect the brand integrity of Just Yell Fire™ and its mission to protect girls and young women from danger.
