Thank you for the work you have done here...It's strong-minded young women like the ones who came up with the concept who will make such a difference for a lot of girls and teens. I think this is a topic that many parents are afraid to broach with their daughters, because they are afraid that they will soil their child's view of humanity. However, after what happened to my daughter, I know how necessary it is. You can NEVER start too early teaching your daughters about this, it can mean all the difference in the world!

I heard a rave review about the film on Radion Station 860 this morning. It's just the thing I 've been looking for for my daughter, who is a junior at Sacramento State University. One of her roommates recently was attacked while walking to school, but got away and was not hurt, thank goodness. The good thing about it is that Kelly and her friends are finally paying attention when I talk about being prepared for situations like this. I'm looking for good ways to educate the girls on self defense, and this sounds perfect.

First I would like to say Thank You for caring enough about other people to create such a wonderful, informative movie! I just learned about your DVD on Montel Williams, and as a mother of 6 daughters it definitely caught my attention! I would like to request a DVD of "Just Yell Fire" so I can show my daughters, as well as try to get it shown at our school, etc. You should be very proud of yourselves, not only have you touched many lives, you have saved many lives! Thank you again!

I have watched the DVD and I think you have done a great and creative job. I think it will be quite valuable to young girls. I have 6 grand-daughters and I am very much concerned for their safety. I think your work is a great step forward in helping to keep young women safe. First of all my daughter and I love Just Yell Fire!
I run my own Personal Self Defense program, It's a family run side business, nothing big.
I have been involved in the Martial Arts since 1990, I train with people of all ages and I saw your Just Yell Fire dvd a few years ago and I have had my daughter who is now a teenager OMG! watch with me and her friends. Usually when they sleep over this is how I introduce the dvd, sometimes my daughter gives me the look like "dad really? Now."…lol  but I get them to watch and I really think this is a Great tool for all girls to have! To give them a sense of knowing they can fight back!  To know how to defend themselves with basic life saving Techniques.  I will be posting your link to my NPSDT page on Facebook.

My daughter is about to go to college and I am interested in your DVD. I would like to give her some skills to avoid an unwanted encounter. I myself was the victim of an assault during my sleep; fortunately, I woke up and my instincts took over to fight back. My attack could have been much worse as many of his victims didn't make it and were permanently disfigured.

I saw your segment today on Montel, and it touched me. My husband and I work for a state Dept of Corrections and deal with some of these offenders on a daily basis. I am always left wondering how their victims are coping. I was so excited to see a project of this magnitude from the next generation. We have four young children of our own and want to get the DVD to have to show to them on a regular basis. More than anything I just want to thank you for having the courage to step up and help other young people protect themselves. Thank you and congratulations on being such fine young women.
